My results for tape were mixed, some good some mediocre.
My first idea was to build a mountain out of tape and paper. I simply balled up paper and used tape to secure it down. This is the results.
My final two Tape pieces were simple tape on black paper pieces using lines and contrast.
My second idea was to build a creature out of only tape. I made a type of insect-like creature with long wings. He has a human-ish head and body and long antenna-like arms.
This piece is a casette tape cut in half and mounted on a frame backing. The tape was then pulled out of the shell and strung over the frame.

This one resembles waves or mountains.
This one resembles trees or bamboo.
